CAPISHOK — chocolate blended with fruit pulp from various regions of Colombia
Colombia is characterized by a diversity of tropical fruits—passion fruit, mangoes, bananas, and others, whose flavors depend on the region, climate, and growing conditions. During processing, the peel, seeds, pulp, and press cake often become byproducts, although they retain aromatic compounds, dietary fiber, and pigments, which significantly enhance the taste of chocolate.
Packaging Design
Colombia — one of the South American countries where capybaras are found in vast numbers (in the basins of the Orinoco and Amazon rivers). In Colombia, they are affectionately called chigüiro. Featuring the local animal on packaging is a way to emphasize product authenticity.
