Ilya Cuplet.
Ilya Chašnik is a Soviet soupermatist. Unimportant painting and graphics, strict and highly concise, were constructed by an artist in accordance with the principles of contrast. The gamma in which the artist worked was limited, with few exceptions, to four colours: white, black, red, and blue. One of Elijah Chašnik’s important ideas was the idea of cosmosism, which was repeatedly defeated and developed by supermatics. Another important idea for him was dynamism. The receptions with which the artist worked are applied in all the following works.

In his work, Ilya Chašnik developed various compositions based on similar elements and techniques. Also one of the main features of its work is the overlapping «Lents» that are placed over the circle. All these principles are shown in an art object that combines the memorial area of the artist’s art and the rest area of the park.
